Stricter climate protection requirements in the mobility sector are intended to help achieve national and international sustainability targets. The contribution that each car park must make to achieving these goals is considerable.
Future-oriented car parks use renewable energy, communicate with traffic guidance systems, take on steering functions, reduce the number of cars in city centers, avoid lengthy searches for parking spaces and thus reduce CO2 emissions.
With our construction systems, we work in an economical and resource-optimized way, combining different materials such as steel, concrete or wood, depending on the requirements of your project. From construction, parking management and mobility solutions to maintenance and renovation, we are at your side.

The Sandreuth car park in Nuremberg shows how individual sustainability measures can be sensibly combined. Starting with renewable energy – this is generated with the help of the photovoltaic system on the roof. The integrated roof and façade greening serves as a rainwater reservoir, filters dust from the air and promotes the preservation of biodiversity. In terms of intermodality, the car park impresses with 130 e-charging points and additional parking spaces for e-scooters, e-bikes and bicycles.
