Cold store and freezer – logistics facility for the food industry
Commissioned by Panattoni, GOLDBECK completed the construction of a modern industrial facility for the end user – Farutex, one of the leading distributors in the food sector.
The project comprises a logistics hall with a refrigerated and frozen storage section, designed for the storage of food under controlled temperature conditions. The facility was designed to meet the highest standards for cold stores and freezer rooms, ensuring high energy efficiency, operational reliability and the safety of stored products.
During construction, particular attention was paid to aspects such as:
- thermal insulation and airtightness of the facility,
- elimination of thermal bridges,
- integration of technical systems within the cold storage facility,
- optimisation of working conditions in food logistics facilities.
Thanks to GOLDBECK’s experience in the construction of industrial and logistics facilities in Poland, the project was completed on a design-and-build basis in just 12 months, whilst maintaining high-quality workmanship and full control over the construction process.
